Since 2005, CKI Mossel Bay, has diversified into the game meat sector, processing an array of South African species under the “Amatola” brand. This game division complements the processing facility in Mossel Bay. Our sourcing and culling manager is responsible for sourcing the game from farmers and national reserves, as well as overseeing the culling process, ensuring quality and hygiene are of the highest standard. CKI boasts an average of 9 professional harvesting teams responsible for harvesting, and supplying game carcasses from areas across South Africa and Botswana.
